THE WAY INFORMATION IS USED
 
We use the above mentioned information you provided when placing an order only to complete that order.  We do not share this information with outside parties.
 
We use return e-mail addresses to answer e-mail's received.  Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared.
Shipping
All orders are processed in the order that they are received.  Please remember that the candles are customized and may take up to 7 business days to process so they are perfect just for you. We believe that it is confusing to have unclear shipping rates therefore we charge a standard flat rate of $10.00 on all orders. We do not ship internationally, UNITED STATES ONLY. Arrival times vary but usually take 2-7 business days. 
Tax
Michigan residents must add 6% sales tax to their order, not including shipping.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot resell any returned products.  However, we ask that you return a product that you are not pleased with for the sole purpose of quality inspection.  We will then issue a credit so you can try another item you may be more pleased with.  Please do contact us if there are any problems with your order or products and we will attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.  We do not ship C.O.D.  We are not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards or waiting for PayPal checks to clear.  If your credit card is declined we will notify you as soon as possible.  PayPal orders will be shipped as soon as payment clears PayPal.   If you want your order shipped as soon as possible, please remit funds via credit card or from your PayPal balance.
